Disclaimer configuration:

1. To set Disclaimer for the data room, Expand the Admin Section from the left panel click the settings menu and select Others Tab.
2. Click on the “Edit Settings” Button in the top right corner. The administrators can choose the Frequency to “First Time Login”, “Every Time Login” or “Never”. Header or type in their custom header by entering in the Title field and text of the disclaimer.

On first login: the users will accept the terms before logging into the data room for the first time.

On each login: the users will accept the terms before each login to the data room.
